Syracuse sophomore forward Jerami Grant announced earlier today that he will forgo his junior season at Syracuse, and enter the 2014 NBA Draft. Grant averaged 12.1 points per game, and 6.8 rebounds this season for the Orange.
Jerami will join freshman PG Tyler Ennis as the second underclassmen for the Orange to declare for the 2014 Draft.
His statement: "After extensive discussions with my family and coaches, I have decided to pursue my dream of playing professional basketball and enter the 2014 NBA Draft,” said Grant in a statement released from the Syracuse University athletic department. "I am so thankful to Coach Boeheim and the rest of the Orange coaching staff for guiding me throughout my college career, and am grateful to my teammates for two incredible seasons.”
